National Ex - National Furniture Express - Next Move Moving Company Ripoff! Lied damaged household goods refuses to settle claim

We have had a terrible time trying to settle our damage claim with this company!!! Our move went terribly, they picked up the furniture late, held it in the warehouse for months and then delivered it with every piece damaged. This happened in October, we have been trying to settle with them for the damages ever since and we cannot get anyone to help us.

We were given the run around for a while, they claimed that because they split the company they were not responsible for the damages. They kept telling us to contact the other company for the damages, we did not know who we could trust and now we realize we can't trust any of them. I will not give any names because it doesn't matter every person we spoke to gave us a different story and in the end we found out each story was a lie! It has gone so far that someone from the company called my cell phone repeatedly hanging up on me when I answered and when I called them back and asked who had called me I was told to never call them again. I feel like I am in the twilight zone.

I have read the other reports about this company and they seem right on the money. After reading the rebutal that was written about one let me reassure anyone reading this I am not a former employee or associate of anyone with this company. We only want what was promised us when we signed the contract and paid our money. Please research the company you want to use for your move and pay the extra money, the low price should have been a clue that they did not operate honestly!
