Sears Repair Protection Agreement

I paid $135.35 for a Repair Protection Agreement for my gas grill. I called for service, and was told a tech would be there on Oct. 10 between 8 and noon. I stayed home but nobody turned up, I kept waiting and a tech came to the house at 2 pm, claimed he didn't know what time he had been supposed to be there and stayed for 45 minutes, most of which he spent on the phone. Then he left and said we would be sent some spares and he would be back on November 1, again between 8 and noon. Again I stayed at home and again nobody turned up, this time not even in the afternoon and today, three weeks later, nobody and no news from Sears. I emailed customer service about four times but no answer. If Sears goes bankrupt, do I lose mt $135?
