Not satisfied at all with Sears Home Services. Tried to get them to come out for an estimate on a Saturday. First phone call, they gave me available times that day and a lead number. I called back the same day, gave the rep my lead number, and she said the appt. Was scheduled and gave me the time. She then said that I would be emailed a photo of the person who was coming, the night before the appt. No further action required, right? Wrong! After days of them calling my phone and not leaving a message, I call on Sat morning to make sure the guy is coming and they say oh, well, since you never called to confirm, there's no appt. Then the guy proceeds to take my info all over again, and when he gets to a part that involves something Sears doesn't do, he stops in his tracks and says sorry, can't send someone because you told me you need this done, and we don't do that. This was the same info I'd given to the first person I'd spoken to about this job. How much of a disaster could this company be? Absolutely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and confused. Definitely would not recommend.
