We bought a craftsman lawnmower from sears first of all it was a hassle buying it and then they don't honor their own price drop. Well after 2 uses and only having it for a couple of months it wont go into gear. We scheduled service for today. We were given a time from 8-5 and she said we could not narrow it down or get a call when the tech was enroute because the schedule was not complete. So we called today to see if we could get a more accurate time since we have errands to runs and I had an option to work my partime job which is a 200.00 loss for me and as of right now we are tied to the house. We asked to talk to a manager and were told that the manager would not tell us anything different and were put on hold for 10 min which we finally hung up. It seems to me that to sears the consumers time and money are not important to them. I was frustrated when I asked about the 30.00 price change after we bought the mower and they lowered the price and when I asked about it in the store the male called out to other employees to ask about it making me look like I was a pain. Also when I wrote corporate about price matching (in their own store) I got a nasty email back from them. When I told the store I would never shop there again I was told I'm sorry you feel that way. What happened to customer service. I m not sure about anyone else but 1300.00 is a lot of money to me for a mower and my time is also important to me. Sitting at home and not getting stuff dome if very frustrating
