Hhgregg broken dryer - Haie

We purchased a haier washer dryer combo in November from the Winchester, VA store and in august the dryer stopped working. It was making a very loud grinding noise, So we called haier to set up a warranty claim to get it fixed. It's been a month now and we have yet to see a service tech or receive a phone call back from them. So people in the Winchester, VA area I would suggest you not purchase haier products because you can't get them serviced. There is no qualified tech's in the area. They have very poor customer service. We have to call ourselves once a week and we can't get anywhere with them. Two thumbs down for HAIER!!!
