Sales rep calls cops for no reason go figure!

Be sure you check your bill b/c I was charged for my boxes and I turned them in and they still took out for them. I get 806.00 a month and they took 573.00 out of my checking account with out me knowing it. Then on top of that the lady calls the sheriff department where I live and told them I was going to kill myself and they came and tried to break my door down. So that's DIRECTV for you.!!!
