Self propelled lawn mower repai

I dropped off my lawn mower7 weeks ago to get repaired when I didn't receive a call after two weeks I called them to find out what was going on with my lawn mower they said they were waiting for a part 2 come which I didn'tauthorize for repair. I asked for my mower to be returned without any repair they said to be on the next truck to the store. That was four weeks ago every week I go to the store to pick up my lawn mower I'm getting the same excuse they are waiting for a part which I don't even want to get it fixed so then when I call the store nobody's answering my call or leave a message nobody's giving me a call back. I am spending money to get my lawn mowed every week and I still don't know when I will get my lawn mower back.
