@ months and I cannot cook

I purchased an LG stove, the converter gas kit had been removed and I contacted customer service, who said I should have it sent in a week. Two weeks later when I did not receive it I reached out to them again, they responded by saying they was a miscommunication with their warehouse and they will resend it. It has been 2 months at this pint and I am unable to cook and now they are saying they do not have the part in stock. I do not understand why such a large company will not have this part in stock. It is absolutely unfair to consumers who are forced to suffer due to large corporations failure to make good on their products. Unfortunately it is now too late to return the stove and I have spent more money for my family to eatout than the cost of the stove!
