Sears Broken Range and Broken Washer - Kenmore Elite

This is in reference to my range (cooker) the range has from the beginning continually malfunctioned, this last episode started before Thanksgiving after several no shows, parts were ordered installed and again Range not working correctly, currently unplugged again, new appointment made, not a priority appointment, back into the regular waiting line, again another week, 11th February, waited all day, at 5:20 pm automated call, not coming, called for a new appointment, another week later, I suggested to the Sears person, that if it is a no show, it should be the first call on the following day, no back into the regular line, so I asked to speak to complaints department, sorry no, out of my hands was the response, you have to wait till next week. So now to my Washer Dryer Stack, the first Sears technician to come said he is not possible to fix the washer, he put the machine back together again and left telling me he would be back next week with the parts%u2026 after sometime I called Sears to enquire about my installation of the new parts, no record of any such visit, apparently the record showed, %u201Cneed a more experienced technician%u201D, new appointment, again no special priority, next Sears Technician really knew what he was doing, orders the parts, tells me when they arrive to call for an appointment, which is what I did, new parts Installed, the first time I use the machine Err sign flashing during wash cycle and when cycle was finished, currently unplugged again, made another appointment, again no special priority, requested that the same man that is coming on the 11th Feb. To fix my Range also repair the Washer, no not possible 13th Feb. Another day waiting. This is so unbelievable, I called at 7: am on 13th Feb. To check that the technician is definitely coming, as on the 11th Feb they did not come, yes was the answer, well they did not come, not even an automated call.
I am at my wits end, what to do? There is nobody to talk to at Sears who cares, or can take action to change or override the system. Help!!!
