Repair Technician No-Show Twice With No Call and Appointment Queue Restarted

If you need an appliance repair, I would not recommend Sears. Twice I've gone online and booked a repair appointment. Twice I took of work and the technician was a no show, there was no call from Sears to notify me.

The first time this happened, they were able to reschedule the technician for the following day. He didn't show. After a very angry call they had him come out that afternoon.

I should have learned the first time but booked a repair online for my washer. The technician was a no show. When I called Sears they said they didn't have a technician available and I've have to reschedule an appointment, getting back in the queue. I called a another company, they're coming today to fix the washer.
