Wrong Patio Door Ordered for Simonite 6500 Window Installation

I dealt with Home Depot Customer Service in Edgewood, MD, and they installed my windows and patio door. The contractor did the best job he could within the limitations.
The limitations were that they ordered the wrong patio door, left some of the wood exposed, and now I have to wait ten more days to get the correct one. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again. Their customer service is the worst, and the product was not what I expected. Do not buy the Simonite 6500; the quality is poor.
