Broken Refrigerator - KENMORE Fridge

11 days to wait for service for a broken refrigerator is out of the question. I have an 80 yr old mother who requires dairy to take her medication and I have no refrigerator to keep food for her. Sears customer service cannot help me with the issue. As a customer of sears for 40 yrs who always purchases the master protection plan and paid top dollar for now has to wait 11 days for a service tech. A vaccumm or a dishwasher maybe 11 days but a refrigerator, NEVER.
