I purchaced a bedroom dining room-and living room set from value city furniture on 7/18 after 1 yr and 3 mos i noticed what appeared to me to be ink stains on the leather couch. I called stainsafe and was told because i didnt know what type of stain i had it was not covered, so i called value city they said my 1 yr warranty with them had expired but they would send a technican out of courtisy to look at my stain. He tried to get stain out and could not. He stated to me that it appeared to be ink also, well i thought great now i know what the stain is.

I called stainsafe and after a very long wait the person on the other end said now its an accumulatoin of stains and its not covered, i was outraged. I am very early into this whole matter but as far as im concerned stainsafe is a very fraudulant company and value city furniture is one of there pawners. Do not buy from either. You'll be sorry
