Sears home repair is timely, but dollar - LGTrom front loading washe

I thought I would call sears becauseI grew up with sears and always found them customer friendly, but this visit takes the cake. The repair came at 9:01 am just as they said. He took a minute looked at the front load washer, went to his truck and came back 10 minutes later with a $ 212.00 estimate. These are very complicated machines so I agreed and he repaired it. 5 minutes later he emerged and declared it was done. I was li, e wow. I decided to call sears and ask their rate/hour and I explained he was at my home a total of 24 minutes including the ten inthe truck and changed a switch which. He charged an additional 65.00. I was told they don't have a rate but charge by the job and he told me this switch change that took 5 minutes calls for a 130 -140 dollare charge. Well even if you say he was there 30 minutes the labor rate would be some $260.00 per hour. Sears is a rip off. They just do it in a mor complex way.
