Horrible - dell laptops/pc etc

I paid for extended hardware and software warranties for my Dell notebook. I've had multiple problems. I've tried to call them about the most recent problems so they can help fix them and REPEATEDLY get cut off. I've made 5 calls within the past 15 minutes just to try to get these problems resolved. Just horrible!!!
