Dell Lousy Customer Service and Web Site - Dell Inspiron Lap Top

Over the past couple of years, I have found Dell to be pretty much of a bureaucratic nightmare and it bleeds through to its web site. I've had two recent situations where we have needed to exercise our extended hardware warranty. Each time, the company showed that warranties had expired when, in fact, we still had 2 years remaining on both. We had to push and provide documentation and, all the while, the person on the other end was suggesting extended warranties.

Then, to compound the problem, trying to leave an email for the company is next to impossible and sometimes the email will just sit there and not send even though the other interactive parts of the email seem to work. It's a terrible mess and I KNOW Dell could do much, much better.
