After Purchasing our 3rd POS System with multi store software - - the incorrect software, and Labels were shipped - Replied to customer service the week of delivery letting the know our concerns - they did not issue a call tag for the labels that didn't meet previous purchase specs - didn't ship software the coordinated with previous software-
new software - randomly does not add sales tax - does not integrate customers between shops-
THE WORST PRODUCT< SERVICE < EXPERIENCE - A $6000 mistake -
NEVER BUY A DELL!!!
