Worst customer service I ever saw, bar none! - Customer Service and Billing

My parents are 90 and 91 and have Magicjack. It suddenly stopped working, though their account is paid through 9-15-15. I spent 2 hours this afternoon trying to fix it, including calling billing (which was a 25 minute wait) and it didn't fix the problem. (They can all see that their account is paid through 2015 but no one can tell me why is says "Has no active service" online under "my account".) I spent 2 more hours tonight on instant chat (20 minute wait to chat "instantly" with someone.) I was cut off in the middle the first time. Called again (20 more minute wait) and they still couldn't fix the problem. When I asked outright if they knew what the problem was and how to fix it it got, "I'll be with you in a minute" and then it said that I'd been inactive too long and they were terminating the call. (It had been less than a minute since I'd last typed something.) They tell me there is NO live phone tech support. Tech support is only online. This is useless for elderly people. They also said my parents can't get their money back because the service has started already. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, bar none!
