HP Laptop that died after 13 months - HP laptops

So after much deliberation I decided on a $ 1000 HP intel i5 with blu ray, 17.3 screen all the bells and whistles. It is 12 months and a few days later and my hard drive apparently blew a bearing... Not my line of expertise. But all I know is that these products suck. A friend of mine had an HP desk top and it was rubbish. I should of known. So unless you want to be ripped off and replace your machines often beware
