Defective product and customer service

I purchased a Netgear modem which was faulty. I named Netgear twice and quit them a contact. You can't realize the technicians. They believed to return the modem to Basics but Basics won't go back. Today I am caught having a $70 modem that does not work. I submitted grievances using the BBB to no avail. Do not get Netgear and do not store at Basics!
