Defective Product, Poor Service

I bought an Asus laptop from T&H and it'snot worked right because the evening I got it. And that I did not recognize they just provide 15-day results. Silly me. They explained nowadays to repair it myself by reinstalling the OS and the rest of the application. And so I tried to complete it. However they did not supply the service tips for that pre-mounted application (except Windows). Therefore after countless hours, and times and times of lost moment, I still possess a pc I can not use... Oh, and contact mean OldCoot, however the perspective of the T&H tech-support group may be the toughest I Have handled in decades. I would rather speak with visitors in India than these NYC turkeys! (And do not bother attempting to ask Friday morning. Unlike the majority of US, they just function half of a morning and near at 1pm.)
