We'd a netgear wireless modem for quite some time also it worked good. Then we began having issues receiving moved down. Boy required techical support. We were informed our guarantee used down, and after obtaining the design range, the supporter stated that he understood exactly what the issue was - we needed an update. For $69 we'd obtain the update to repair the issue and 7 weeks of technical assistance. We went for this. Five minutes later, the supporter attempted the update repair also it did not work. We'd no option but to purchase a brand new modem (not really a netgear without a doubt!) We wanted a reimbursement for that $69 w/d the supporter was incorrect. Certainly, it had been 5 mins later whenever we recognized it did not work.in regards to a week later, I obtained a INCOMPLETE reimbursement - just $33 since we were billed for that techsupport. Absurd! I questioned the costs straight and put their customer support study "simply because they worry about our viewpoint" - right. Never seen from them again.
