I called your office on Feb 10A technician, remotely, fixed the problem I was having. I called again on Feb 11 at 4.30pm Arizon time, the problem was backA technician fixed the problem. I called again on Feb 11 at 7pm Arizona time, the problem was back. You technician, Ravindra worked on my computer for 3 hour, finally ended up saying we should reinstall window, something I didn't want to do, and that is why I had called your company in the first place, and was told I did not need to reinstall windows. I agreed to do the Reinstallment, I started the process. He informed me that it was time for him to go home. I asked for someone esle to continue working on my computer. He said I could finish this myself and also told me install the drivers!!! Well the install didn't go well. I took my computer in to a shop to be fixed and now it works well. So by way of this email I am requesting that you refund my $99.00. This is within the 10 working day warranty period. This email was sent a week ago. No response so far.
