I don't understand how a company as big as Best Buy can't seem to find the time to answer their phone... I let it ring for well over 10 minutes, after being told that there would be a long wait. Nobody ever picked up the phone, that is so frustrating and disrespectful. I get the impression that if I am not in the store with money in hand, ready to purchase my products then I am not important to Best Buy. And even though I am sure that this complaint will fall on def ears and nothing will even change, I would love to hear what Best Buy has to say for themselves.
