Extended warranty

We bought a warranty from walmart for my boyis pc plus they are not standing towards the guarantee guarantee. We delivered the pc directly into be repair to get a break within the plastic round the display plus they state that it's not protected. The guarantee claims they protect problems from regular deterioration as well as flaws in supplies and craftsmanship. Appears to me this could drop in another of the catagories, however they say no. Subsequently along with they weren't likely to deliver the pc back again to us. And of course the guarantee also claims when they can't repair it they'll change it. They've had the pc for 3 months today. It's time they deliver it back.
