Walmart battery warranty problems with replacement

In March I purchased a battery in the Walmart shop in Kerrville, Tx which was under guarantee for 3 years. On 11/17, I introduced my automobile in since the battery was lifeless and wouldn't cost for greater than a couple of days use. They stated they examined it, and it was great, so that they wouldn't change it. Since that time, I've needed to get my vehicle leaped frequently to obtain it began. I got it to a completely independent auto-repair store, plus they advised me the battery was lifeless, and completely useless. All I will determine is, Walmart didn't wish to create great on the guarantee that might be up in per month 5.

Therefore, they charged a poor battery, and delivered me on my approach. I can’t manage to combat Walmart about that, but I strongly think that I had been intentionally robbed. I understand you don’t require my company, but likewise, I can't store there anymore sensation that I've been cheated.
