Failure to honor warranty terms

On 5/22/10 I bought a Lincoln LS from Scion/Lakeland Toyota.in the same period I also bought reduced guarantee plan for $2,680.00 to protect a period of time of three years in the day of purchase. I've since that time had many costly repairs and on both events the guarantee organization supplied reasons why the repairs weren't protected. On June 6, I'd substantial repairs completely more than $4,000. The guarantee organization delivered an examiner towards the repair center and stated the repairs weren't included in guarantee since the vehicle had more than 55,000 miles. The vehicle after I purchased it'd more than 60,000 kilometers then when the guarantee was purchased it currently realized the 55,000 distance restriction producing the guarantee defunct before it had been actually bought.
