This a joke this company came up with first it freezes you're computer like nothing else, 2nd you have to have top of the line copmuter to handle it it uses alots of memory and pc power. Call drops like crazy no wonder they are free coz you are never able to make the callsyou have to have you're pc on at all times to run this thing... Don't bother with this it's worthless i have had it for 1 month and iam definetly taking it back... It's a jok don't get it you will feel sorry
