The quality of Magic Jack is nothing but a joke. When a call comes in you can't hear the person, only every other word, then when you try and get support they don't have a clue what to do, I have 6 friends that have MJ, and they all put it in the round bucket, meaning they never use it because of the problems they have, save your money and keep your phone line.
