Ordered a laptop online from Dell. After two weeks a mouse and 2 speakers were deliever - on their own! This despite being charged for the entire order. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours to speak with someone, I was told they couldn't help me! After threatening legal action in 4 separate emails they eventually delivered the computer - six weeks later - and they left it at the front door in full view of the street.
What has happened to this company? Never, ever, again!!
