Will my laptop ever arrive

Ordered a laptop 3 weeks ago delivered to my address i wasn't there asked the courier to deliver when im there later in the day they said they couldn't told dell to deliver to my work one day they said they couldn't the next day they could 2 days later still no laptop now i have been talking to the shipper snycreon they say they cannot locate it this as been going on for a week still no laptop how many more people do i have to speak to no one can help or should i say no body in customer care actually cares i will never order again from dell next time i think it will be currys for anything to do with computers MERRY CHRISTMAS DELL HUMBUG DELL
