I bought a HP Pavilion dv3t laptop almost 1 month ago over the phone. They said delivery would take 2 days but never said it would take 10 days to ship it. When I learned this I called HP straight away to tell them I was going to be out of the country for 10 days and they said they were going to have the laptop held for me at fedex union sq. For pick up. When I got back there were 3 notices from fedex at my door and 2 messages on my phone saying the laptop was being held for me in Tennessee. I called HP and after 1 hr on the phone they said the would ask fedex to re-send it to NY. 2 days later I called FEDEX and they said they don't know anything about re-sending my package to NY. Still at tennessee. I think HP has lost my laptop!!!
