The representatives of DELL INC, Failed in their obligation to full-fill there agreement, under the extended "Limited Warranty" that doesn't expired until 2012.
I develop a software problem on my desktop computer and needed a "Full System Recovery"; done at my residence. They refused all assistance and I was forced to pay $ 200.00 for a Technical Assistant from "Embarq" to make the necessary repairs.
The Company is a big "Rip Off", don't trust them folks, they don't honor their warrantries.
