I will never purchase a dell product again

After investing in a dell wireless printer that didn't function they held me on telephone for just two hours simply to discover they'd to deliver me an upgraded printer the 2nd printer doesn't run wirelessly, after 2 1/2 hours they just were able to uninstall my press software therefore today it's time for another telephone call. The following telephone call was again about two hours and after getting getting them reinstall the press program i discovered they eliminated my anti-virus software. Therefore another telephone call and another handful of hours to complete anything about my virus software. Meanwhile my instant printer continues to be not working wirelessly. They charge me about 10 hours about the telephone it has all occur within two times of recieving the computer. I'll never buy a dell item again.
