Dell printers - 968w aio

I had a 966 aio printer that i had issues with dell over the printer working. Then a few weeks ago i was dumb enough to get another and it has worked two days in three weeks! Their printers are crap and i would not recommed one to anyone. It is mainly software issues and i have also been on the phone for 6 plus hours trying to get the thing to work.
