Between the months of Nov and Nov I have replaced the Dell All In One A960 3 times. Today guess what? My printer is not working again! # 5 printer is defective.
I sit on hold for hours at a time calling Dell. Only to get another DEFECTIVE product.
My warantee expired in June so here I am with another defective Dell product and $400.00 in ink that I can not return.
I was told I could not upgrade, I could pay the difference for the next model up. Why would I pay more money for another Dell product? NEVER AGAIN Will I ever buy a Dell product.
Their customer service is horrible. They seem to have all of their customer service in India. I had a really terrible time understanding anyone I spoke to.
I got the first printer in June.
