I do not recommend for anyone to buy from them

I requested the older M17x from Alienware. After over per month of setbacks I acquired it, simply to possess the speakers crash. I worked all night with tech-support, after which (after cleaning the drive clear twice) they determined that it had been a hardware problem and questioned me to deliver it back again to them. I delivered it, and got it back fourteen days later. After I first got it back they didn't re install the copy "Alien Respawn" program or even the necessary motorists, so when I named and requested for them-they stated that these applications were only manufacturer installation. We named them angrily, and following a light system failure, they requested for all of US to deliver it again. We'd to-go offshore in per month and didn't possess the period for more setbacks. We named them-and requested to stop the purchase. Only if we confronted to consider our money-back they eventually began to assist, plus they changed my M17x to get a cheaper M17, quickly before saying the "new" M17x notebook! I don't suggest for anybody to purchase from their website. I truly wont create that error again.
