It started to have problems within the 1st month

I bought a HP Pavillion dv9000. It began to have issues inside the 1st month just by closing down randomly, the fonts and symbols might alter measurement significantly and lastly the display went dark completely. Through the whole-time horsepower wouldn't substitute that which was obviously a deteriorating device when I made repeated calls for their horrible call-centre simply to maintain it hardly working. TODAY it's from guarantee plus they need nothing related to my pre-existing situation. HP products are low-grade and also the method they handle their client is actually lower. OPERATE AND BE RESPONSIBLE horsepower!!
