Fraudulent marketing/bad service

I bought an horsepower g-series pc which was constructed with Landscape but was provided by having an update to Windows-7. This device worked nicely for around annually after which turned really buggy. Horsepower tech support team explained this device couldn't operate Windows-7 without issues and may not be set. The provided no answer so when I attempted to get hold of HP corporate client relationships, they declined to supply any support or quality. The corporation obviously doesn't have curiosity about client satisfaction and it is offering deceptive advertising.
