Sold a computer with a defective hard-drive

I bought my HP Pavilion 12 months before. Our drive died. The concept read low-program drive problem. I approached horsepower since their web site stated that the drive within this computer had an issue. I approached horsepower and requested to get a fresh hard drive which all I needed. They explained my pc was 21 times out-of guarantee which actually understand they offered a PC having a faulty harddrive they wouldn't substitute the harddrive.
