Awful customer treatment

I'm really annoyed! A number of things! I requested $500 value of material for christmas for my boy i delivered it to my parents tackle to cover it and also the statement sen in my experience I did so this last year also it was not a problem this year I acquired flagged! I named got disconnected 3x and lastly got somebody and that I offered them my tackle, phone#, soc # and moms maiden name they explained I'd to hold back to get a notice in 2 weeks and also to call-back after I get the notice and also to do what it requires i talked to some mgr since icant understand this over time for this garbage she said I've to hold back to get a notice this really is ridicilous in regards to a silly address whya cant it's modified within the phone? And so I stated stop my purchase and that I may purchase it at walmart she claimed not a problem and ended the purchase and hung-up on me! This is the way you handle clients? I actually do a lot of company along with you all im really annoyed! And that I bought a PC last year I've 5 days left on my warrty my pc doesnt maintain a chrg my husband named onto it and also the man in the centre of the disscusson stated I've to visit coffee-break today and that I will-call you back and not did! My husband called back again to consult with someone else and stated they've particular split instances this really is sooo unecuseable in my own guide! We're delivering the pc back I really hope this gets solved! Im waiting and gonna pay-off the consideration and certainly will never store along with you folks again I'm soo dissapointed and certainly will tell-all of my loved ones and pals exactly the same!
