HP defective product and defective service

I actually donot prefer to produce pessimism on the planet but personally I think customers have to know the issues with this specific item and also the insufficient customer support. After I visited put up my printer (HP OfficeJet L7780 Allinone) with instant publishing abilities the whole program ceased functioning. I named customer support and was placed on store for all moments as the customer support representative attempted to trouble shoot. "trouble shooting" contains switching the printer off and on many times and removing the plastic cover off the control cell and pushing the on/off switch to determine if it'd operate. After 20 more moments to be placed on store I had been informed they might substitute the printer also it could be delivered within 5 times. It's today over 5 times and that I am about the telephone again using the customer support department. They're informing me that I have to fax or check and email the bill for evidence of purchase. However after I show them I can not send or check since their item is faulty they demand I still have to send it in. I'm on my next consultant today, allegedly having talked to some client repetition, a specialized boss, and, quickly, An Incident Manager. This will not be that difficult... The corporation seemingly have a faulty item available on the market and today is breaking the conditions of the guarantee contract by stalemating the alternative of the printing by using the customer support processor better mentioned, lack thereof. I have been on-hold for 10 units today while composing this review. Nevertheless on-hold, incidentally.
