Third Printer Being Returned After Jams, Slow Printing, Broken Pieces

I'm returning my third one to HP. I have been struggling with this printer for a year. It jams all the time. Resets and prints slow. Pieces keep breaking. They refuse to exchange it for a different product. I will never buy another HP product again.
