I have been a HP customer for over 4 years. I have bought over 8 laptops from them during this period for my company. However, my recent experience with their product and service was BAD. Product can be sometimes wrong and that is why we have service departments who help to fix the same. However, if the service department dodges you and does not own up to the responsibility it makes things worse.

I suggest all that if they buy an HP product, remember HP is not there to take care of you if the equipment develops a problem.!!

If anyone in HP doubts me they can refer to csae number XCF 05501 and will know why i complaint.
