Hp bad customer service - HP laptop

HP hewlett packard customer service is not good.

Huge waiting time.
They take lot of time to resolve the problem. They doesnt have a good database of customer details.
Every time you call you need to tell all your details, they say it is for security reasons. Also the problem you need to repeat that again.

I had a problem with my laptop charger.
Since I had an warranty they told that they will be sending the charger and finally they placed the order for it.
But thats not the right one for my laptop.

I called them again told all my story
and finally sent me another charger.
Again this time they sent me the wrong charger.

I am fed up with this.

I was unable to use the laptop.
