Worst Service Ever - Inspiron

I recently purchased a computer in December when they were having promotions. If I used the Dell card I was to get 3% off. When the invoice came the 3% was not taken off. I contacted customer service and they said it would be on the final invoice. I received the final invoice and it was not. I contacted Dell Financial and Customer service with no help. They passed me back and forth 5 times. I finally asked who I could contact to complain and the answer I received was that there was no one. I feel I was taken for the 3% I was suppose to get. They have the worse customer of any company I have delt with. This is my 3rd computer purchase and it will be my last. I bit of warning, never buy a Dell computer or you will not get any help after the purchase.
