I believe it's essential for anybody who's currently considering purchasing a Dell pc to understand when the pc doesn't function correctly the things they may encounter. I purchased an XPS laptop. It didn't work very well right from the start. It'd turn off without caution and that I might shed whatever I worked on. After I obtained the pc to solve the issue I started calling Dell Customer Care about 17 times. Without any chance, I named 18 occasions within the span of 3 months. I expected them to please send me a PC that worked, even to return my income or to repair the main one I'd. I had been informed they wouldn't return my cash since I have requested the computer since it have been longer than 21 times. I discussed that I started calling 17 times after the computer was received by me. It didn't matter. The week that my pc delivered and had been constructed is roofed within the reimbursement time. I had been informed the guarantee didn't use since the problem with my pc was a "application issue". (It wasn't an application issue, it had been a faulty motherboard). I leaped through numerous assessments, etc, and reloaded Windows 2 times, with no one was prepared to look after the issue. Dellis Customer Support doesn't give their title or expansion to you which means you need to restate the issue each time. On two occasions I had been informed they might "advance" the issue to some specialist that will professionally manage the situation. They stated that I would be called by somebody and guaranteed me "the issue could be solved". No body actually named. It had been just after a submitted using the Better Business Agency that I received a phone. This arrived after 18 telephone calls and roughly 27 hours of my period spent with Dell Customer Support on the telephone. After 3 months, they ultimately delivered another computer to me. BUT THIS IS ACTUALLY THE WORST COMPONENT!!! They delivered me a refurshibed pc simply because they stated that my pc was no further being created!!! I told them that I settled top dollar to get a new pc and may have preserved many hundred bucks had I purchased a refurshibed one. I described that after I started calling with my pc concerning the issue 3 months preceding, the pc was in manufacturing. Dell didn't care. They delivered me a refurshibed pc that I settled top dollar for without any updates!!! The brand new pc operates much better than the final one-but nevertheless has some quirks. Because it has occurred in my experience I also have discovered many people which have had exactly the same issues and have started speaking with others. I believe people ought to know how they'll be handled by Dell

Don't purchase a dell pc if you don't desire to be scammed!!! When you have an issue they'll decline ot repair it!!!
