I quickly discovered the Fundamental edition wouldn't do what I needed do update that was visited within their aid package. Our ideas were, just how can it's more than what included pc and that I struck on update. Well, I stated deploy all. This application update, down-graded everything related to Roxio & Sonic. And so just deploy MyDVD 6, Which improved what included pc and I needed to upgrade my computer enjoy it arrived of the container. Because it was mounted, I've had difficulty with application. I may not access it assistance and visited Sonic.com. I eventually named Toronto Canada, spoken with tech-support, who advised me I'd be billed for telephone help. I described on Internet about no assistance and was informed a security password was required by me. I'd authorized no reference to security password and my item. He explained it would not be known by you! But I will provide you, which he did it. I'd to contact again to inform them I would not be logged by it in by my authorized email, Tec did'didnot work and attempted, Boss did not work and attempted. Lastly time about the telephone and after they stated theirs worked to test again. After attempting to login for time and around it ultimately went thru. I acquired my issue got an answer today and completed about issue. Adopted their directions towards the tee but still the exact same issue. Therefore, I tried to sign in visited site nowadays and may not. No method to request more assistance that's assume in the future with software. Thank you
