I've dropped into Dell Hell. I recently purchased two, costly, Business 17 Dell notebooks. I've had problems with equally but what truly makes me mad may be the terrible customer support reaction to my issues. I've probably invested more than 50 hours about the telephone with Dell and invested a few hundred additional bucks with Dell spending money on assistance for that application installed using the PC. Used to donot understand that despite the very first 3 months Dell doesn't supply free application assistance and also you cannot return to the program organization since the application was purchased and mounted by Dell.
