On the 22 June I logged this report:
After my laptop crashed I wanted to install my win8 pro on my other laptop, because it is still activated on the crashed laptop, it won't activate on the other. This is understandable. However, after numerous attempts to sort this out through Answertech, it is still not resolved. I have been told on the latest occasion by a tech that they cannot help as they only service U. S and Canada. I have NEVER spoken to a South African tech before as I have always been diverted to an overseas tech. ONLY overseas techs have controlled my pc remotely and ONLY overseas techs have helped me with ANY other online support. STILL no one can sort this out. ALL I want is to have my licence carried over to my other laptop. My software is original, has it's key, I have proof of purchase... All I don't have is HELP to activate my windows. Is THIS how things work in your world Mr Gates?!!!

On the morning of the 25th I recieved a call from a Microsoft agent. However, as I was at work, he could not assist me as my laptop was at home. I told him he could call me around 6pm South African time time and he agreed to the request. As yet he still has not contacted me
